UPDATE: Bullet Sparks Grass Fire in Grand Forks County, Burns 250 Acres

GRAND FORKS COUNTY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) The Emerado Fire Department says a bullet was responsible for a grass fire Sunday afternoon that burned 250 acres northwest of the Grand Forks Airport.
we have an update on this fire northwest of the grand forks airport that was called in about 3 30 this afternoon just talked with the amaretto fire department as of uh 8 30 this sunday evening it is out i’m told it burned about 250 acres no structures were damaged the cause of the fire was apparently some folks who were doing target practice and a hot bullet started the fire again no structures damage no injuries but there’s still a red flag alert out and at least through tomorrow so warm temperatures expected tomorrow dry conditions high winds so whatever you’re doing outdoors tomorrow be very careful with anything that could get a fire going i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
