strange crime in Walla North Dakota 28-year-old Shaquille lattergrass has been charged with felony terrorizing according to court documents at February 15th just after midnight dispatch received a call from lattergrass at a residence in the 500 block of Emerling Avenue lattergrass stated he wanted to turn himself in for terroristic threats and attempted murder that he put a knife by the eye of a female when she tried to kick him out of the house he also stated he had a knife and law enforcement better have their weapons out when they arrive officers arrived and ordered lattergrass out of the house with nothing in his hands he walked out with a phone in his hand recording and yelling are you going to shoot me a bolo wrap device was used and he was brought to the ground and handcuffed officers made contact with the female who said she was okay and that she wasn’t even in Walla when this was happening
