Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On July 9 at 6:49 p.m., police responded to a report of trespassing at a multi-family home located at 421 Horace Ave. N. Randy Ryan Hicks, 68, and Santos Anthony Bower, 34, both of Thief River Falls, have been cited for trespassing.
According to the citations, officers observed Bower walking out of the yard while Hicks was riding a bicycle nearby. Both men allegedly admitted to being inside the property, with Bower claiming that Hicks had told him it was okay to be there. However, the property owner confirmed that neither man had permission to be on the premises.
