Two individuals, Bobby Lee Donnell (46) and Jordan Lee Lussier (29), have been indicted on charges of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl.
The charges follow a traffic stop conducted by the Minnesota State Patrol on September 4, 2024. During the stop, authorities discovered over 50 grams of methamphetamine and over 40 grams of fentanyl.
Both Donnell and Lussier face one count of conspiracy to possess methamphetamine and fentanyl with the intent to distribute.
A hearing for arraignment and motions has been scheduled for January 24, 2025.
