Two Injured in Grand Forks Apartment Fire

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Two people were injured in an early Sunday morning apartment fire in Grand Forks. At this point the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
Neil Karl to deal with an update done this apartment fires in downtown Grand Forks at daybreak now this is at 321 4th Street North 4th Street we’ve now learned that two people were injured rescued by firefighters and taken to the hospital firefighters were called in at 2:30 a.m. on this Sunday more so we had a couple people trapped in the in the home fire came in as a fire in the basement we’re able to locate those two individuals and get them out they’ve been transported to Altru where they injured badly or who no I don’t know the extent of their injuries right now we’re kind of as defensive mode the fires up in the attic and we’re trying to try to get the fire out there it’s a tough fire this building is cut up into a dozen apartment there’s a lot of lot of little apartments in it it’s very difficult building yes and the two people that were injured did you have to take them out a window or firefighters were able to very able to get them out the front door okay no idea how this started yet no idea no and it kind of looks like you this is gonna be a day long thing you’re gonna be here awhile okay thanks doc yeah and again take it from this apartment building – all – it’s unknown Hughes officials say around 18 people were living at this building and around a dozen apartments we’ll have more information as soon as it’s of I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news TV
