He also faces a misdemeanor fifth-degree assault charge.
Bail was set at $1,500, with conditions, according to court records.
Conditions include no alcohol or controlled substances.
An alternative non-cash bond was set at $15,000, with conditions.
A $25,000 bond was also listed without conditions.
