On August 6 at 7:16 p.m., Thief River Falls police received a report of a bizarre trespassing incident at Skylite Apartments, located at 415 Arnold Ave. S. Randy Ryan Hicks, 68, was cited for trespassing and disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance that alarmed residents.
Hicks was reportedly riding his bicycle with an unusual assortment of items attached, including garbage, dead fish, a shovel, and a saw. His erratic behavior and the strange items led residents to feel uneasy. Despite being asked to leave multiple times, Hicks refused to do so, prompting the police response.
