WEST FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – In a tragic incident early Saturday morning, West Fargo Police responded to reports of gunfire at Prairie Heights Church, located at 319 32nd Avenue East.
The situation unfolded around 7:48 a.m. when an altercation between three individuals escalated into violence.
During the encounter, one person was shot and later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
A second individual involved in the incident was also hospitalized with severe but non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities have not yet released the names of those involved, pending notification of their families.
The investigation is ongoing, but police assure the public that there is no active threat at this time.
