JAMESTOWN, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Two children are dead and six others, including an adult, are injured after a Suburban rolled into a water-filled ditch on Interstate 94, seven miles west of Jamestown, North Dakota. The accident occurred just before 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, a 30-year-old female driver from Cleveland, North Dakota, was driving eastbound with all her passengers, also from Cleveland, when she was being passed by a semi-truck. The Suburban left the roadway and rolled into standing water.
A 7-year-old and a 10-year-old male passenger were pronounced dead at the scene. The other passengers, including an 11-year-old male with minor injuries, a 9-year-old female with life-threatening injuries, another 9-year-old female with minor injuries, a 6-year-old female with minor injuries, and a 5-year-old female with minor injuries, were all injured. The driver also sustained serious injuries.
Authorities are investigating the accident, including whether seat belts were in use at the time of the crash and the possibility of charges against the driver.

This is a tragedy. At a time like this it seems to me that you are looking to judge and punish driver of the vehicle. When you mention an investigation will be in to whether they were wearing seatbelts or not, the damage is done, the driver will forever have to live with the death of these children, maybe what should be done is to lift up the family in prayer.
