Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A 42-year-old woman from Thief River Falls was cited for disorderly conduct on July 1 after playing loud music at her residence on 821 Pleasant Ave.
According to police reports, officers were called to the scene around 6:53 p.m. after neighbors complained about the noise. The woman, identified as Soudsakhone Chitmany, had previously been warned about the loud music but continued to play it.
Chitmany was issued a disorderly conduct citation, and no further incidents were reported.
