What we know

Police logged the call as a disturbance and recorded the time and address.

The report named Maurstad-Guerrero as the person who received the citation.

A citation is a formal charge, but it is not a conviction.

The case may move forward through the court system later.

The public log did not explain what led to the disturbance report.

It did not describe any actions by those involved.

It did not list witnesses, injuries, or property damage.

It also did not say if more reports were taken at the scene.

Minnesota’s disorderly conduct statute is posted online for public review.

Readers can see the law here: Minnesota Statute 609.72.

Citations can include a court date or payment instructions.

Those details are usually printed on the citation itself.

People cited are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

Police departments often release short daily logs with limited facts.

For agency contact details, see the Thief River Falls Police Department.

Minnesota also explains access rules for police reports and incident data.

Court records, when available, can be searched through Minnesota Court Records Online.

Pennington County also offers an inmate locator.

This report will be updated if more information is released.
