Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On Oct. 12, the sheriff’s office received a report of a dishonored check. Brittney Renae Stengrim, 33, of Thief River Falls, has been charged with felony issuance of a dishonored check. The complaint was filed on June 14.
According to the complaint, Stengrim allegedly issued a $795 check to L & B Apartments, which was returned due to insufficient funds. The sheriff’s office sent a notice to Stengrim on that date, but as of June 7, she had not paid the amount owed.
