Pennington County (trfnews.i234.me)On May 1, 2025, at approximately 8:06 p.m., Thief River Falls police responded to a report of suspicious activity at 1123 Stephen Street. Upon arrival, officers encountered 26-year-old Miranda Lee Timm, who was reportedly yelling and creating a scene. Timm was arrested and cited for disorderly conduct under Minnesota Statute 609.72.1(3).

This incident adds to Timm’s recent legal troubles. Earlier this year, on February 2, she was taken into custody at the Pennington County Jail on similar disorderly conduct charges. Additionally, she has faced charges for theft from a coin-operated machine, resulting in fines and probation.
