Pennington County, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On Oct. 5 at 10:23 p.m., the sheriff’s office received a report of a vehicle in a ditch at the intersection of 120th Street Northeast and Highway 32. Jessica Elizabeth Wilson, 41, of Thief River Falls, was arrested and charged with third-degree DWI for having a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.16 or greater.
According to the complaint, it appeared that the vehicle had also struck some road signs. Wilson declined medical attention at the scene. She allegedly displayed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking alcohol. A preliminary breath test revealed a BAC of 0.252, and she failed field sobriety tests.
At the jail, Wilson was administered a DataMaster (DMT) test, which showed a BAC of 0.256. Following this, she was transported to Sanford Medical Center, where hospital staff medically cleared her. After her clearance, she was transported back to the jail.
