Thief River Falls Resident Faces Two Charges for Fleeing

THIEF RIVER FALLS, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A Thief River Falls, Minnesota man is now facing a pair of Fleeing charges in that town.
23 year old Joseph Lewis Daryl Barnes of Thief River Falls has been charged with felony fleeing gross misdemeanor refusal to submit to Chemical Testing and two misdemeanors of driving after revocation and no proof of insurance according to court documents on May 12th he flooded traffic stop for a few blocks before stopping Barnes stated he did not have a license or proof of insurance he blew a .157 on a preliminary breath test but wouldn’t submit to any other testing he already has a felony fleeing charge pending from last October along with other traffic charges I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
