38 year old garrick martin of thief river falls has been charged with felony terroristic threats and misdemeanor domestic assault uh in connection with the assault of a family member on august 1st according to court documents at 1 33 am thief river falls police responded to a domestic in progress on 4 on the 400 block of main avenue north an officer reported hearing banging and a male voice yelling call the cops you i’ll effing kill them too i’ll effing kill you the victim a female family member who was covered in blood opened the door and an ambulance was called the officer saw martin who said quote you better cuff me or it won’t be good for you he was arrested and the female victim told police he had punched her in the face three times causing her to fall backwards she stated martin had been at the bar drinking and when he came home he was very upset and had also thrown his tv into a wall i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
