On February 21, a juvenile investigator attempted to update Bruyere’s photo for his predatory offender registration at the Law Enforcement Center. After learning Bruyere was unable to meet him there, the investigator arranged to take the photo at Bruyere’s residence. During this visit, it was discovered that Bruyere had moved from Apartment 34 on the east side of Main Avenue North to Apartment 14 on the west side, without updating his registration. Additionally, Bruyere serves as a caretaker for the apartments and admitted he had forgotten to register his employment.
