Thief River Falls Man Faces Court for Murder, Bail Established at $750,000 Cash

37 year-old Brandon Jorgensen of Thief River Falls appeared in Pennington County Court today he’s facing a third-degree murder charge for allegedly distributing a controlled substance of a fentanyl mixture that caused the death of Ryan a guru in March of this year the investigation led to Jorgensen’s arrest at the Cedar Lodge hotel today in court a Jurgenson was granted an application for a public defender and bond was set at three-quarters of a million dollars cash or a 7.5 million dollar bond he remains in jail the third degree murder charge carries a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news TV
