On the evening of August 10, at 8:33 p.m., Thief River Falls police responded to a report of trespassing at Hugo’s Supermarket.
The individual involved, identified as 68-year-old Randy Ryan Hicks, was cited for trespassing.
The nature of the incident remains under investigation.
