Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Kevin Bernard Williams, 34, of Thief River Falls, was cited for trespassing on the morning of July 7 after returning to Hugo’s, a local business where he had previously been fired.
According to the citation, Williams, a former employee, had been terminated due to allegations of intimidation and harassment toward other employees. Despite being banned from the property, he entered the store and did not make any purchases.
Williams was refused a copy of his letter banning him from the property, and refused to sign the notice. He was then cited for trespassing.
