Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Joshua Ray Moreno, 26, of Thief River Falls, was cited for domestic assault after a reported incident at Walmart on the evening of July 8, at approximately 8:05 p.m..
According to the police report, Moreno allegedly assaulted a woman during the incident. However, the report does not specify whether the woman sought medical treatment following the assault.
Moreno has been cited, and the investigation is ongoing.
