On the evening of August 12 at 6:42 p.m., Thief River Falls police officers were alerted to a man biking along 10th Street West who needed to be cited for a prior incident.
The man, identified as 68-year-old Randy Ryan Hicks, was spotted on the west side of 215 10th St. W., a property he was previously barred from entering.
Hicks was subsequently cited for trespassing, continuing a pattern of unauthorized presence at the location.
