Initial Observation:
- Police observed a parked vehicle connected to a man with an active warrant and revoked license.
Chase Begins:
- 45 minutes later, another officer noticed the same vehicle eastbound on 158th Street Northeast without headlights.
- Browne failed to stop at multiple stop signs and turned off his headlights to evade police.
Pursuit & Arrest:
- Police pursued Browne through multiple intersections:
- 150th Street Northeast & 150th Avenue Northeast
- 140th Street Northeast & 150th Avenue Northeast
- He eventually pulled over near 120th Street Northeast.
Evidence Found:
- A backpack containing a glass pipe with burnt residue was found behind the driver’s seat.
- The substance tested positive for methamphetamine.

- At the Justice Center, Browne admitted to smoking meth 3–4 days earlier as well as using marijuana.
