Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On July 3 at 7:52 p.m., dispatch received multiple 911 calls about a motorist who ran over signs in the roundabout at the intersection of Third Street and Barzen Avenue and then drove away. Mark Alan Haugen, 51, of Thief River Falls, has been charged with third-degree DWI for having a blood alcohol concentration over 0.16. Haugen was arrested shortly after the incident.
