According to authorities, Jesse Amaya, 22, was cited for domestic assault, disorderly conduct, and obstruction of the legal process.
Witnesses reported that Amaya was holding a bat and threatening to break windows before officers arrived at the scene.
Amaya was taken into custody without further incident.
