Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On July 4 at 11:20 p.m., police responded to an alarm at the Rusty Nail bar. Robert R. Ritter-Ohr, 34, of Thief River Falls, was arrested and cited for disorderly conduct, trespassing, and obstruction of the legal process.
According to the citation, Ritter-Ohr allegedly refused to leave the bar despite being asked multiple times by the bartender. He continued to argue with the bartender and, subsequently, with the police officers who arrived at the scene. Ritter-Ohr demanded that the officers assist him with handling his bar tab and refused to walk home. He also stated that he planned to re-enter the bar if they did not help him.
