Details of the crash
At 10:54 a.m., police received a report of an accident at the intersection. According to the report, Kim Genereux, the 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee driver, was traveling northbound on Tindolph Avenue. Genereux stopped at the stop sign and then proceeded into the intersection.
As Genereux entered the intersection, Aaron Fagerstrom, the driver of a 2014 Nissan Altima, swerved to avoid a collision. Fagerstrom’s vehicle hit a fence, but there were no known injuries from the crash.

Driver citation
Kim Genereux, the Jeep driver, has been cited for failing to stop at the stop sign. The collision caused minor property damage, but thankfully, no one was hurt in the incident.

The crash was responded to by local law enforcement. The investigation has been concluded with Genereux’s citation for the violation.
