The crash was reported at Markley Avenue and James Street, police said.
Police say Ericka May of Thief River Falls was driving a 2006 Ford F-150 on Markley Avenue. The report says her pickup struck a 2014 Ford Eclipse driven by Jennifer Smith of Thief River Falls.
Smith was traveling east on James Street at the time, according to the report.

Medical response
Smith was checked by EMS at the scene, police said. The report did not list transport details.

Police say May left the scene after the crash. The report says a license plate from the vehicle was left behind.
