Thief River Falls (trfnews.i234.me) — On February 23 at 12:13 a.m., police conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Sixth Street and LaBree Avenue and arrested 33-year-old Sergio Daniel Hernandez Ramirez on multiple charges.

- Third-Degree DWI – 0.16 or Greater
- No Proof of Insurance
- No Driver’s License

- Officers noticed signs of impairment and conducted field sobriety tests, which Hernandez Ramirez failed.
- He complied with a preliminary breath test, which showed a BAC of 0.19—more than twice the legal limit!
- A later breath test confirmed the same result.

Hernandez Ramirez was not only driving while heavily impaired, but also without a valid driver’s license or insurance—a serious offense in Minnesota.
