Pennington County (trfnews.i234.me) – On Saturday, May 3, 2025, at approximately 1:00 p.m., the Thief River Falls Fire Department responded to a deck fire at 414 St. Paul Ave. S. The fire, attributed to smoking materials, caused damage to the deck, the side of the house, and a nearby fence. Homeowners Ridge and Courtny Jones reported no injuries, but the property sustained an estimated $2,500 in damages. Firefighters remained on the scene for about 30 minutes to ensure the fire was fully extinguished.
