What the report says
Police say Dacian Wolff of Thief River Falls was driving a 2000 Ford F-250. The report says he was traveling south from an alley connected to a parking lot.
According to the report, Wolff drove onto First Street. His pickup was then struck by a westbound 2017 Chrysler Pacifica, police said.
The Chrysler was driven by Grant Asp of Thief River Falls, according to the report.

Injuries
There were no known injuries, police said. The report summary did not list any ambulance transport.
Citation
Wolff was cited for failure to yield, according to the report. Minnesota law requires drivers entering a roadway to yield to traffic already on the road.
The state’s right-of-way rules are outlined in Minnesota Statute 169.20.
Crash reports
Minnesota drivers can request an official crash record through the state. Details are posted by Minnesota Driver and Vehicle Services here: Request a crash report.
A citation is not a conviction. The case will be handled through the court process.
