          • Pennington County Sheriff’s Office case:
          • David Michael Hagen, a 40-year-old man from Thief River Falls, has managed to avoid jail time following a disorderly conduct charge. The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office handled the case, which resulted in a $385 fine for Hagen. While he was sentenced to 30 days in jail, the term has been stayed for one year, allowing him to remain free on unsupervised probation for the next year. This sentencing comes as a result of his involvement in a disorderly conduct incident, marking another case closed by Pennington County officials.
