THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn. (trfnews.i234.me) — The latest Pennington County Disposition Bulletin includes DWI, traffic, and hands-free cases.

TRF News purchased copies of the public records used for this report. The bulletin lists court outcomes, fines, probation terms, and dismissed charges.

State Patrol Cases

Djay Duane Gruette, 44, of Oklee, received a $510 fine for a DWI offense. His 90-day jail term was stayed for two years. He also received two years of court probation and a chemical dependency evaluation. Two related DWI charges were dismissed.

Jacob Thomas Kreckow, 26, of East Bethel, received a stayed 90-day jail term. He also received two years of court probation. He must complete an assessment and any recommended treatment. Two related DWI charges were dismissed.

Emil Arvid Barber, 47, of Badger, was fined $285 for driving after cancellation. A 364-day jail term was stayed for two years. He also received probation. Barber was fined another $100 for unlawful license plate use.

Brett Allen Alsleben, 53, of Angle Ingle, was fined $135 under Minnesota’s hands-free law. Jason Lynn Johnson, 48, of West Fargo, received the same fine. James Edward Muckenhirn, 67, of Karlstad, also received a $135 fine.

Other State Patrol cases included speeding, unsafe equipment, seat belt, window tint, and failure-to-yield violations. Those cases involved Ryan Roger Broden, Kurt Bradley Dvergsten, Kory Roger Lubarski, and Leah Chinnery Middleton. They also involved Bruce Charles Hamm, Retten Neil Knutson, Destiny Don Molstad, Barbara Nelson, and Noah David Underdahl.

Police and Sheriff’s Cases

Two bulletin entries involved Joshua Ray Moreno, 27, of Thief River Falls. Both concerned violations of an order for protection. Each entry included a $210 fine and a stayed 90-day jail term. The court also ordered probation, treatment, assessments, and skills training. One entry barred firearm, ammunition, and explosive possession.

Edwin Lopez, 41, of Red Lake Falls, was fined $815 for third-degree DWI. His 364-day jail term was stayed for two years. He received two years of court probation. He must complete an assessment and receive recommended treatment.

Justin Lee Shepard, 37, of Thief River Falls, was fined $210 for disorderly conduct. His 30-day jail term was stayed for one year. An obstruction charge was dismissed.

Lily Mae Holthusen received a $185 fine for underage consumption. Jessica Elaine Brummond received fines for driving after revocation and lacking insurance. Sheryl Irene Newman, Rebecca Lynn Strand, Jennifer Lynn Finch, and Kenton Wayne Stillday received traffic-related penalties.
