Riding the School Bus is a privilege not a right . When a student breaks a rule and NOT listen to the BUS DRIVER who is in charge Ban the privilege of riding alone .Then at least one Parent must "BABYSIT" their SWEETIE on board the BUS.
I think it is way past time for TRF schools to REQUIRE video surveillance cameras on ALL buses! This is seriously outrageous that they believe the driver over the victim and two (if memory serves) witnesses as well as picture proof of marks on the child's neck. SMDH! SAD!
