Thief River Falls (trfnews.i234.me) Police responded to a three-vehicle crash in Thief River Falls on Feb. 6.

The crash was reported at about 3:20 p.m.

It happened near the intersection of Third Street and Atlantic Avenue.

What the police say happened

Police said Elsie Stromlund of Thief River Falls was driving a 2012 Honda Accord on Third Street.

Investigators said Stromlund’s car rear-ended a 2017 Ford Explorer.

The Ford Explorer was driven by Grace Gonzales of Thief River Falls.

Police said the impact pushed Gonzales’ vehicle into a 2012 Dodge Ram.

The Dodge Ram was driven by Dylan Defreece of Thief River Falls.

Police said Gonzales and Defreece were stopped near the train tracks at the time.

Injuries reported

A 17-year-old female passenger in Gonzales’ vehicle reported neck pain.

The report released to the media did not name the teen.

No other injuries were listed in the report.
