GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – We have an update to our report of a Robbery and Assault in Grand Forks Wednesday evening at the same location as a shooting last weekend.
We have an update regarding the reported robbery and assault at the Abbott Park basketball court, near Purper Arena behind the Fuji restaurant in Grand Forks. I just spoke with Sergeant Eberhart of the Grand Forks Police Department. This incident involved a fight between juveniles. Police are currently speaking with potential witnesses, but information is limited. An ambulance was called to a North Side residence, and it appears one individual was taken to the hospital with a facial injury. Despite the lack of weapons, the incident raised concerns because it occurred at the same location as last weekend’s shooting. Sergeant Eberhart mentioned that since this case involves juveniles, no further information is expected to be released.
