Police Update: Armed, Suicidal Subject in Grand Forks in Custody – Exclusive Video (Sunday at 9 PM)

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Grand Forks Police say an armed, suicidal man is now in custody. The inicident shutdown the Kennedy Bridge for nearly 4 hours Sunday, until the SWAT Team was able to bring the man into custody.
