Rep. Samakab Hussein is holding a Wednesday afternoon news conference alongside Nasra Ahmed and her father Mohamed Ahmed. Nasra Ahmed, 23, is a U.S. citizen, born and raised in St. Paul. She was arrested by ICE last week and detained for two days. After her release, there are no pending charges against her.
