UPDATE: ID In Fatal Pedestrian Hit & Run, Vehicle Search Continues

VALLEY CITY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified a male pedestrian who was struck and killed by a vehicle on Interstate-94 west of Valley City this week. The search for the striking vehicle continues.
