grand forks police are dealing with a uh barricaded subject and asking people to stay away from the 200 block of north sixth street now on the map here to give you an idea of where this is this is the block west of uh central high school downtown or a block east of the ymca let’s take you down to the scene here now it’s happening at this brick apartment building right on the corner uh police were seen entering the building then at 4 36 a couple of officers walked out of the building but at this point it doesn’t appear as if they’ve arrested anyone no details yet on exactly the subject or why they were looking for him or whether he was a threat in the apartment here or maybe they were trying to serve a warrant we’re still waiting for details on all this but police asking people to stay out of the area of uh the 200 block of north sixth street here in downtown grand forks check back soon for updates on this developing story i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
