CROOKSTON, MN (trfnews.i234.me) The Grand Forks SWAT Team helped Crookston Police make 2 high risks arrests Wednesday morning. One of the 2 men arrested is Vincent Villareal. He’s a person of interest in the murder of his father earlier this month at a Grand Forks motel.
