Suspect in Grand Forks Arrested After Bizarre Events and Police Chase

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A suspect involved in several incident in Grand Forks was arrested in East Grand Forks on this Tuesday afternoon.
unusual Chase and finally in an arrest at a Grand Forks on this uh Tuesday afternoon this in from Grand Forks Police who say uh this afternoon they were dispatched to the Walmart parking lot on 32nd Avenue South on a report of a vehicle that had been driving on the sidewalk and then pulled into the parking lot as officers were on the way to this call additional information was given that a male subject inside a vehicle was now on the 3000 block of Queens Court where he had threatened a victim that he was going to shoot her the suspect then left the scene the victim was uninjured uh then the psap public safety answering Point told officers the male suspect was now at the Cenex gas station at 1970 32nd Avenue South and I got into the store and stolen some items as officers were responding to cynics additional information was given that the driver was now in the Hugo’s parking lot on 32nd it was driving erratically officers arrived on the scene located the suspect vehicle which drove out of the parking lot by going over the grass and a sidewalk and then proceeded Eastbound in the westbound Lanes of traffic on 32nd officers attempted to make a traffic stop on South Washington Street but he refused to stop and accelerate at a high rate of speed the suspect vehicle then crossed into the southbound Lanes of traffic while traveling Northbound on South Washington the pursuit was terminated in the best interest of Public Safety Grand Fork Sheriff’s Department Deputy was on the North End of Grand Forks and observed the vehicle turning off North Washington Street and proceeded East on Gateway Drive suspect vehicle then drove across the Kennedy Bridge into East Grand Forks East Grand Forks was notified and located the vehicle within minutes the driver of the vehicle was now outside as a vehicle and was taken into custody the driver of the vehicles identified as Kyle D tischler age 28 unknown address he was driving a 2005 Buick LeSabre tischler was taking a Tri-County Corrections in Polk County Crooks question where he has confined criminal charges against him are pending in Grand Forks County for reckless driving fleeing in a motor vehicle reckless endangerment terrorizing criminal mischief and several counts of theft of property for cases unrelated to this incident anyone with further information is asked to contact Grand Forks Police Department 701-787-8000 uh no booking photo available I just talked to the jail and uh he’s not being cooperative I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
