CASS COUNTY, N (trfnews.i234.me) – Recent incidents in Cass County, North Dakota, have sparked concern over a surge in domestic violence cases. Austin Paye of West Fargo faces charges of felony attempted interference with a telephone during an emergency call and misdemeanor domestic violence. Court records reveal that on April 1st, police responded to a West Fargo residence, discovering a female victim bleeding with a facial cut. She alleged that Austin Paye assaulted her, hitting her in the face with a phone and pushing her into a bathtub.

In another alarming case, Malik Williams of Moorhead is charged with two felonies: terrorizing domestic violence and violating a domestic violence protection order. Williams allegedly sent threatening text messages to a female victim in Cass County, who had a protection order against him. The messages contained references to killing her.
