POLK COUNTY, MINN. (trfnews.i234.me) – A bizarre two-vehicle crash occurred on Sunday in rural Polk County near East Grand Forks. The incident involved a truck hauling sugar beets and a pickup driven by 34-year-old Aurielle Webster, who failed to yield at an intersection.
The semi-truck, driven by 51-year-old Jerry Ragan from Arkansas, collided with the pickup in what is known as a T-bone crash. Both drivers were transported to Altru Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office has launched an investigation into the cause of the accident and any potential factors that may have contributed to it.
