got a little breaking news out of Grand Forks County here’s an excavator a backhoe underwater now it’s just down in this area this afternoon this is on highway 81 Muirfield Road just talk with the deputy nobody sure exactly what happened yet the driver got out okay he may have slid down an ice-covered Bank is what may have happened no definite explanation yet but the operator is okay we’ve got a backhoe underwater and again a caution for drivers out there if you’re driving out in rural areas tonight water is coming up fast and you could easily run into a water covered Road photos here sent in by an eye news viewer I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news TV
