the suspected overdose victim allegedly did it we now have more details in a vehicle in foot pursuit in Grand Forks last Friday it started with officers responding to 2867 19th Avenue South for a possible overdose in welfare check of Bruce austring who fled with a passenger in this vehicle when police arrived at 1951 South 29th Street he took out the support beams of a patio deck then Northbound on 42nd Street the pursuit was terminated as police reported he was driving all over the road until he crashed here at 6th Avenue austring and his passenger Charles Rodriguez were quickly arrested after fleeing on foot uh nearby Rodriguez has already pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge of refusing to Halt Bruce ostring is facing a long list of charges four felonies of possession with intent to deliver meth kapam and El prum plus uh felony fleeing a peace officer I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
