Streeter, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) — Two people were killed, and a third was seriously injured in a head-on crash involving two semitrailers on Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2025.
The crash happened at about 8:34 a.m. on North Dakota Highway 30. It was about three miles south of Streeter. Streeter is roughly 47 miles southwest of Jamestown.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol said a 2026 International truck was traveling north. The truck was pulling a semitrailer. It collided head-on with a 2025 Kenworth truck. The Kenworth was traveling south. It was pulling double semitrailers, according to the patrol.
The International driver was a 39-year-old man from Moorhead, Minnesota. The Kenworth driver was a 54-year-old man from Wishek, North Dakota. Both were pronounced dead at the scene, the patrol said.
A 41-year-old male passenger from East Grand Forks, Minnesota, was riding in the International. He suffered serious injuries, the patrol said. He was airlifted to Sanford Hospital in Bismarck for treatment.

Highway 30 was closed for about six hours. A detour was in place during the closure, according to the patrol.
Multiple agencies responded to the scene. They included the North Dakota Highway Patrol and the Stutsman County and Logan County sheriff’s offices. The North Dakota Department of Transportation also assisted. Several local fire, rescue, and ambulance units responded as well.
The patrol said the names of those involved have not been released. The crash remains under investigation.
