Stearns County, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) — Katie Jo Rockenbach, born December 18, 1992, has been declared a wanted fugitive by the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC) as of April 17, 2025. Rockenbach was serving the remainder of her sentence under supervised release following a conviction for felony theft in Stearns County (Court File: 73-CR-21-571). She was last released from custody on February 3, 2025, but has since violated the terms of her release and is currently evading authorities. The MNDOC has assigned Agent Harley Cook to this case.
