Stearns County (trfnews.i234.me) — Authorities are issuing a serious warning across Stearns County after Lawrence Frank Herron was declared a wanted fugitive on April 29, 2025. Full details are available now at TRF News.
Herron, born October 25, 1992, was sentenced on December 20, 2018, for criminal sexual conduct related to case number Stearns-73-CR-17-4779. He was previously released from custody on August 16, 2021. However, under the supervision of Agent Vicki Geiser, Herron has since violated the terms of his supervised release.
Given the nature of Herron’s conviction, law enforcement agencies consider him a high-risk fugitive. Authorities are warning residents not to attempt contact with Herron under any circumstances and to report any sightings immediately to law enforcement.
Offenders convicted of criminal sexual conduct are categorized as extremely high risk for reoffending, making rapid location and apprehension critical for community safety.
