We were passed by all the deputies heading west on hwy 2 we stopped at rest area at hwy 18 we saw a woman who looked out of it trying to cross hwy 2 we gave her a ride to Larimore ended up near scene she says she's the mom of the man who police were trying to make contact with quite surreal for our Saturday travel from grand forks

  2. Not true dude. Im born and raised in Arizona. Way more crime! Like way way more. Unfortunately any state is gonna have crazy people. This state is beyond safe compared to all others
